Common questions

I am a client. How do I join my coach?
Your coach adds you in the app and you get an email with a 12 digit code. Open Repaura, tap Join with coach code and enter it.

I forgot my password.
On the sign in screen tap Forgot password? and follow the link in the email.

How do I cancel a session?
Open Bookings, tap the session and choose Cancel. Your coach's cancelling rules are shown on their page.

I'm not getting notifications.
Open your iPhone's Settings, Notifications, Repaura and turn on Allow Notifications. Booking emails still arrive either way.

How do I delete my account?
Settings, Delete account, or email us.
